The Terrace Hill office is busy with requests for tours to see the Residence in all its holiday splendor. If you wonβt be able to come to our Christmas at Terrace Hill event, consider reserving a guided tour during our regularly scheduled tour hours. Tours are offered Tuesdays through Saturdays at 10:30 am and 12:00 pm. All visitors are required to make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. To make a reservation for a Terrace Hill tour, call 515-281-7205. Admission is $5 for adult guests and $2 for guests ages 6-12. Admission is free for children ages 5 and under. We only accept cash or check for admission so please plan your visit accordingly.
Terrace Hill will be closed December 23-26 and December 31 in observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays. The last available tour date for this year is Friday, December 30. Terrace Hill is closed for tours in January and February for cleaning and maintenance.
